I click my center mouse wheel to pan,
My mouse is set to Dynamic if I click and hold

2nd Question: After I finally get my part in place, I'll go to my top Gview, then when I click my center mouse wheel to pan, it snaps to the orginal view before I created my new WCS. I can't for the life of me figure this out.
In your wcs View Manager you need to have "C" & "T" "=" to the Named view that you want to see on your screen.

Is this a hole or a c'bore, Are you trying to hold a tight tolarence. When I set for Ramp I set by Depth I use .025 or .050 for roughing then set your stock to leave on walls and check make pass at final depth for c'bores. Then for my finish pass cut the depth by half watch your lead-in lead-out.

We use the Slater broaches non-rotary because of the shapes we broach "D" and double "D" I rough mill then broach. Try not to leave any more than .005 per side. I have done 3/4 hex before in an old VMC that had a spindle orientation pin not all machines have that most are magnetic now, but back to the story you could see the machine twisting as the broach went in and out. We ended up sending it out for EDM.
Good luck.

I use this all the time for Roughing and finishing .0004 Bores. Never tryed circle mill that way before I'll have to give that a try next time.

No

Incremental or absolute retract? It's bitten me plenty of times 'cause it defaults to .1 incremental.
I use Incremental but I always select the point I want to ref, to?
I don't know if someone has covered this but I'm having problems with this. The retract is not going to its point between tool paths no matter what I do to select the points. If its me maybe someone can show me what I’m doing wrong.

in most cases I am looking to rotate a NON-standard view. Same here but this is how it’s done. After a while you get used to doing it that way. 75% of our work here is Rotary 4th Axis and you need to create a new named view for each non-standard angle. I'm sure that’s not what you wanted to heir but that’s how Mastercam is setup to handle it.
