I created one for a Marposs where I used the Misc. Int's and many many postblocks. The Misc. Int's are filled up, there is no more room to add anything. I think the drill cycle idea is a great idea. Might keep the post a little cleaner looking.
A VB Script might kind a cool
I have worked at companies that shut them off every night and I have worked at companies that left them on all the time. The only thing I didn't like was the excessive amount of way lube in the coolant tank.
Well.....In that case. I would do a side by side time study, cost analysis, maybe even a quality comparison between the two types.

I know I know... I took my chances and now I have to live with it. All I can do is move forward and learn from my mistakes.
I promise I will TRY to never do it again.
I gotta agree with Peter E on this one (oops! read in another post not ever ever do that)
Oh Well! I will take my chances.
Rollforming is definitely the way to go for that particular application. I like thread milling alot. But that little guy (1/4-20) would take alot of cycle time to complete properly. You would probably have to go in and do spring passes to get a nice sized thread. Plus! The cost to time ratio..... It would be HUGE!
Keep on Rollin!
Biss03,
I voted and now I have a favor. Please, I would like to know how you did the scripting for the button selection. More specifically, the part where when you select one button, the other button deselects.
Thanks in advance,
Tim
James Have used this myself, it is very awesome. I am pretty sure we had a flash card. You can pick these things up at Best Buy. This little puppy was on an A66. I loved that machine. Renishaw laser, and measurement probe. It was SWEET!!!!

if rigid = 1 & opcode = 3 & nextdc = 3, "", n, e
else n, *speed, *spindle, pgear, e

Now, now... Don't be so hard on Linda. If you read a story about Toby Keith getting booed off stage for saying Michael Moore is an idiot, would you say that he should have kept his opinions to himself?
Either way... If I am paying good money for entertainment, I don't want to participate in their political agenda. Even though I am a die hard republican and proud of it, I wouldn't want to hear Toby's agenda at a concert. All of these famous types seem to think that their viewpoints are important to us. But, they really aren't. At least to me.
What an awesome story! Isn't it so convenient that you can go to a concert to hear someone sing or play, and also receive the added bonus of hearing their political viewpoints all for only $35.00 ( don't know the real numbers, but I am going with it anyway).
I had been lying awake at night because I wasn't sure where Linda stood. Alas, I can sleep tonight knowing.....
Thanks Man for posting that
Tim
Ken,
If you are on maintenance, you should have received the latest and greatest release. If you haven't received it then you need to contact your dealer. If you are not on maintenance the only updates available to you are the translators. MR0304 was the latest Mastercam release.

This has happened to me several times as well. I have had to constantly go back in and rename the WCS.
It's Totally Weird Man !
Can anyone else explain this phenomena?
I would suggest setting up a training session with your reseller on learning the WCS. Once you learn how to use the WCS, it will change how you view programming. It's a beautiful thing
