DYNAMIC MILL - tool wont stay engaged in cut

I'm using a dynamic milling operation to cut out a "slot" I've tried several different ways to keep the tool down and engaged. I changed the "keep tool down within, turned off depth cuts, It continues to come out of the cut and go up in z then moves over to its next cut. I've attached the file if it helps to visualize it better. I just want the cut to stay engaged like a normal dynamic toolpath.

Not sure if its in your mill level but why not just use dynamic mill instead of area mill

dang, its really a monday lol. I thought I was in dynamic. I forgot that I switched to area before saving last time. Thanks

I realized I was in area mill instead of dynamic lol but I do like the way you chained this, seems less messy. Always looking for thing like this.
