I'm programming a M10 x 1.5 thread, I need a little help adjusting my thread mill Threads per inch value.

1 / (1.5/25.4)

Sorry to break it to you, but define your tools differently and that will not be needed. IF you are going to use the thread pitch to define it then expect that result. If you have a tool that can cover many threads then define that one tool to cover the largest thread it can cover and then as you do smaller threads you are done, but if your method is to use a changing value to define the process then the outcome will always change. You use a fixed method then your results will stay fixed.

The threading length will determine the active teeth on the thread mill page and will lock out the pitch parameter.

 

A single point you can adjust the pitch in the thread mill screen

ThTs what we do. Then when you call the treadmill in your pitch is set and active teeth is set if it's more than one tooth
