How to output arc code when using 4th axis ?

circle mill ,helix bore,thread mill .....have the same problem !

Go look in the arc section of your control definition settings

Arc code can be output when using 3 axes, but it needs to be divided into many operations and planes.

When using 4 axes, only one operation is required, but arc code cannot be output.

In you first post your screenshot shows 4X output

You are using multiaxis toolpaths and they do not produce arc output.

If you want arcs and wear comp you will have to create a tool plane for each hole

and use a regular 3 axis toolpaths

Yes, but in this case the 4-axis option is meaningless.
It has automatically calculated the A-axis angle,...why create it manually??!!
As long as it outputs arc code, everything is perfect and fast.

I agree, 

It's great for drilling holes, but useless for circle milling or thread milling.

Numerous enhancement requests have been sent in to CNC Software  and the issue is being looked at.

I have no idea if or when the issue will be addressed.
