David send this ot batch make sure you only have the minuminal stuff running on the computer then before you go home allow it to cruch the numbers. I have do a scallop that started on Friday and did not finish till I came in on Tuesday. It was 1300 surface 300 place shower head with a .001 stepover. Part looked awesome but the toolpath was like 250 mb just for the finishing. Then broke a tool and had to finish with parrelle whch bit the big one but just an idea how long some crunchs can take.

Im at home now. I'll check the FTP site first thing in the morning.

The toolpath caculates even goes threw when it Filters the toolpath but then it actually crashes MC everytime.I can get it to work with a 0.1 cut tolarence but soon as I reduce the Tolerance it crashes MC everytime. It completly closes MC.

Cheers
