had the same problem--V9 didn't work even after I downloaded and installed the drivers. I'm not sure why, but I had to put the files (drivers.bat, haspdinst.exe, & hinstall.exe) directly into my Mcam9 folder. Otherwise, the install wouldn't work.

Thanks but still no go. This is the message I get no matter what I do.

Mark, Tony

I ran HASP9 setup and the box was empty, no hasp code, no hasp found etc

I ran the drivers.bat file with hasp removed as per instructions. When I run the drivers.bat file I get the message in the screenshot above?

I might restore my XP back to an earlier date in case the Hasp driver has corrupted something in Windows.

Thanks for the input

Take the Hasp out "run the Batch file" (The one with the Picture of the gear)

Turn off Your PC put the Hasp back on then start the PC. Tony

Tony, I restored my XP back to a time before I tried installing these drivers then followed your instructions and it now works fine.

Thanks for your input

Johnny,

Just for future reference and for the benefit of others...you ran Hasp Utility, not Hasp Setup.

Hasp Utility will allow you to enter codes (Update, Maint, etc). Hasp Setup will install drivers. It looks just like any other install program.

Glad you got it working. cheers.gif
