I have the Mill Training Tutorial X offered by In House Solutions. It is very well laid out and everything is step-by-step. Large print and plenty of pictures, too. You can find it by clicking the "Books" link at the top of this page. Call your reseller, they maybe able to get it for you if you don't care to shop online.

I also have gotten a couple of the books from here as well as a CD from Mike Mattera's Tips for Manufacturing. All have helped me greatly, but they don't hit on everything. Nothing beats good ol' fashioned seat time. If you're employees are willing to mess with it at home, you can ask your reseller for a demo copy. This way they won't have to take home your HASP.

We have the Mill, Lathe and Solids tutorials, and I have been all the way thru the lathe, and thought it was excellent....a few things they could have elaborated on more, but all in all a good book.

Mill seems good although I haven't done much with it yet...but some good surface trials and similar near the end.

Solids is also good, but you don't have it (man, I remember those days! yack) so don't worry about it. smile.gif
