just a lousy fillet

hi all ...can someone please point me in the right direction here?

im trying to put a .125 fillet on this whole solid and i keep getting errors...tried doing edge by edge and would get so far and then it would error out on me in certain areas and give me something i dont want

nope just a chamfer so far ...trying to get a .125 fillet all over the thing and i get nothing but errors

Don't have time to look at it now, but did you try suppresing some features and doing filleting in a few separate steps instead of all or nothing approach?

wait a min..gotta get down in the grovelling position

When it comes to building radii on edges, especially multiple joining edges, the order in which it is done, really is everything.

 

Between that and a combination of fillet face to face, I was able to complete.

 

Practice different edges in different orders and you'll see what I mean.

 

There are still a couple of corners that could still be cleaned up a "bit" more.

thanks mark .....that was my last attempt and i go so far except for a few corners and even the the raduii were not mitred correctly

I got it to work but you need to do it in a spefic order.
