Need reverse post

I have X2 loaded and now I want to install V8 and V9 for the reverse post and the cimco editor.

 

Can this be done?

Sure, load as many versions as you want.

Just so you know, sometimes previous version installs tend to overwrite the hasp drivers. No reason to be alarmed, but you might keep a copy of the latest hasp drivers around, JIC.

Thanks Storkman, I have installed 9.1 SP2 - no problem.

 

However, when I try to install V8, the program maintenance utility comes up with "uninstall completely" checked.

 

What will this "uninstall completely"?

It means it's either already loaded and you're running the Install Utility or you checked "Ununstall Completely" in the Setup.

 

WHen installing multiple versions, IMHO, it's always best to go from oldest to newest. (ex. V8, V9, X, X2, etc...)

James, I have re-formatted this comp. It is "clean" so it should not have any V8 info in it.

 

I will remember to install them in order next time I need to do this.
