The transform operations have a radio button labeled "create new operations" or something like that.

If that button is checked, you might get a few set

of copies every time you regen.

Personally, I never use it.

I'd concider that a bug, as it shouldn't make copies after the first time, but unchecking may fix the problem

You mention you have a Transform toolpath.

Do you have the "copy new operations and geometry" option on? Do you have the "Keep this transformation operation" checked?

Did you check mark "Copy source operation"?

I would investigate the transform operations settings under the types and settings tab.

Here's what I'm hearing...

You make a toolpath operation, make a transform operation using it, modify the original operation, and then hit regen all.

In X2MR1, what I see happening is that the transformed op gets deleted and a new one, incorporating the change to the original op, gets made. No duplicates...

I also went to the 'Linky' that Keith added a couple posts ago - lots o' gripin' (because, yes, bugs do exist) but with no real specifics.

One of the laws of software development - it'll be in my book "Of Software and Sausages" (you like them but wouldn't want to see the way they're made) - is that we can only fix what we can reproduce. And in order to do that we need - like Tony says - clearly described problems and clear steps of how to reproduce them.

Create new Operations and Geometry

Copies geometry from the original operation to each transform location and applies parameters from the original operation to each new toolpath. The original operation (geometry and parameters) is then deleted. This method creates several new independent operations with the same geometry and parameters instead of a single transform operation.
