Linear move while interpolating a hole?

I noticed this in my gcode after having mastercam interpolate a hole diameter.

 

N3 G0 G90 G54 X-.2764 Y.1237 A0. S1629 M3

N4 G43 H8 Z2. M8

N5 Z.13

Has anyone else run in to this problem? I set the overlap and it overlaps linear instead of using an arc.
