Operations going dirty for no reason?

All I did was paste in an 8" vise on a new level that wasn't being used at all and I have at least 5 or 6 operations (out of about 50 in this file) go dirty immediately.

 

I also tried file merge pattern, it does the same thing.

 

 

What gives?

The only time I have noticed that was when there was a plane "issue". Mind you I don't know what the issue is, but I have had a couple files repeatedly X out a number of toolpaths for some reason.

 

All the planes those toolpaths were associated to were fine, but they just kept getting dirty at intermittent times.

 

Maybe clean the vise and it won't get everything else all dirty??

I had one file that I could save it right after a "regen all" and re-open it and all ops would be dirty. JParis told me to reload machine def and that cured it. Might want to try that first.

Thanks for the ideas guys. I am doing a long verify now. When it is done I will try reloading the machine def. If I figure out anything worthy I will post back.

AWW someone else has the same issue as me regarding operations going dirty. I all my operations get dirty when occasionally changing planes. Now I had some type of bug. When in the a tool parameter page all the fields were grayed out untill i cursed over them. I shut down and restarted and all operations are dirty. I can regen just fine but generating 300 operations takes a bit hmmmm

LOL!.... when throwing my hands in the air it's like casting a a Mastercam curse... verbally I do the same thing and it makes me feel better ...so I guess it does work LOL!
