programming holes for a 4th axis

I have a part that is like a half moon shape and there are holes on the outer radius that I am putting in on a 4th axis indexer. I'm having trouble finding what angle each hole is at so i can set my WCS for each angle. I've tried to create an edge curve and then simplify to find the centerline of the hole but that isn't working. Is there any way that I can find out what angle the holes are at.

The old school way...

untrim the hole surface

draw an edge curve (circle) on both ends of the

untrimmed surface..

switch to 3d mode

draw a line between the circle centers..

that line is the centerline vector of the hole..

of course Verisurf Holeaxis does all that with one mouse click smile.gif
