Sim Date

I was messing around with the date on my computer trying to figure something out. I was not trying to change the date I was just using the calendar part. First I ended up switching it to 2009 then in my quick attempt to fix it I switched back to 2011. Yea I know, I tried to start MC and I got a Sim out of date error. I went back to the date and fixed it and now I get “Date was changed” Sim out of date error. Any ideas on how to fix this? I am in on a Sunday with a project I need done by morning. I can all Prism in the AM but I need this working now.

 

Man, I am going to look like such a moron in the morning. Don’t get me wrong I know I am a moron but I think I have a lot of people fooled.

know of a fix. Sorry i couldnt be more helpful

This is easy to fix as long as you've kept them where you can find them.

Reload your most recent set of hasp codes.

That will fix the problem..

Back in the day, your hasp would self destruct

if you messed with the system calander

I kind of figured that. What be the point of the Sim date if there was a easy work around.

this happens all the time to dealer keys for years now because your keys are on Maint you are on a timed sim, so if you change the date trying to keep the maint running it gives you an error.

Nice job boys, when I fried my key once this way

Jayson called CNC for my and got me new codes.

That way back when we were switching to

the USB hasp.

You will need to get a reset id to your dealer.

Call them first thing and they can walk you thru the process
