selecting Geometry

I really feel dumb asking this question but i cant figure out how to do it. I have a model (not solid) just surfaces from a IGES file. I created curves on the edges and now i would like to move all the nurbs spline to another level. I dont want to go through and select every one. Is there a way to set a filter to select only splines? to move to another level?

On the ribbon bar:

 

All-> wireframe/splines ->right click levels-> set your new level and name it. Select move. Click the green check.

 

Done.

Click the "All" button in the center of the screen

 

then expand the Wireframe field and check Splines

I am lost. I have all the geometry and stuff on level one. I want to capture only the splines and move it to level 2. I dont see how to do the examples above. Sorry. I have uase Mastercam for years and now i have the time to really understand it and get faster so that is why i am asking this.

I figured it out. on my screen almost in the center of the ribbon bar is a button called "only" that was the one i needed. Thanks for all your suggestions.

The other guys were dead on. Their method also saves you the step of windowing after you use the Only command.

 

Better yet, use the Quick Mask icons. One click and done!

further to this, when i select a feature it turns yellow, not very distinguishable. can i make selected features turn another colour for these getting tired eyes??

Yes, go to Settings - config - colors and change "Auto Highlight color" to something other than color #14

What Keith meant to say is change "Select color", not Auto Highlight color.
