I am trying to surface multiple surfaces using this technique. I get the toolpath to look great! The only proble is the tool rapids into the part to start! Is there any control or setting that I am overlooking to adjust the tool up? Thanks for the help! smile.gif

Traditional SF Parallel will give you more control on approaches than Raster (IMO) and will easily do what you need. Feed on to the part by manipulating the directional control, which by the way will let you approach from the inside, and on a angle, as well as setting a plunge feed rate that differs from your machining feed rate, and you should be good to go.
