White box in upper left corner

What does it mean when you get a white box in the upper left corner of your screen?

Is it telling me I am low on memory?

Its Mastercam 9 im using win xp home, it does it during some toolpathing and or filtering when using scallop toolpath, it does not do it all the time though.

I have 1 gig of ram 2.53 processor and a 128 meg graphics card

Do you have other softwares on in the background?

More than 1 Mastercam running at the same time?

No other software is running, and it does not look like a hard drive either. However when the box does show the current process does pause while the box is present...Thanks for the welcome and thanks for replying..

Just thought I would share this with you guys, this answer is from cnc software.

This is just letting you know that Mastercam is catching to the hard drive to process your toolpath. Increasing your allocations or systems RAM will decrease the need for this but that is not necessary and is normal to see on more demanding toolpaths.

WE sometimes see a little hard disk icon when that happens.

I read CNC's reply, but I thought that would cause an hard drive icon to appeared in the lower right side of your screen. (Thats what Mike-T was reffering to). You said a white box in the upper left side.
