its on a haas but i dont think it has anything to do with that

when i rotated the wcs it changed the origin x,y, z, for each wcs i used in the manager.

code looked as expected from the above results....

i fixed the problem, im just wondering why it did that

Lower right hand part of screen, little box says WCS

click that scroll up to view manager

in that box origin is on the lower right... all of my program comes from 0,0,0 xyz however when i did the rotations using the WCS by geometry and WCS by solid face, it changed the origin numbers without me knowing....

Great feature the ability to change the origin numbers.

So you mean it's working correctly??

think you lost me, cause that's the way I understand it to work...

maybe it is working correctly. however...the part geometry is still rotating aroung the same point. some how it picks a number and put it in the origin box within the view manger.....my question is where is this number coming from. traditionally when i rotate, using the rotate WCS and give it the angle, with no change made to the origin. rotating by solid face and geometry is relativley new to me so pardon me for being ignorant. just trying to understand what im doing better
