3D Connexion device, how would you like a Wireless one?

If 3D Connexion was still a Logitech company, there might be some chance of it supporting

the Logitech Unifying Device protcols. ( one usb receiver for multiple devices).. but it's my understanding that

3D Connexion was purchased by private investors some time ago and is no longer part of the

Logitech family.

I have absolutely no use for wireless, but then again I never work on the road. Wired keyboard, wired trackball, wired Space Pilot, all very reliable and I don't keep going through batteries. Wireless won't be too bad when they get power beamed to them I guess, I just hope my Trackman Marble lasts until then; I don't think they make the corded version anymore.

I bought one for myself with my own money and we bought one for our Applications guy in the Northwest. He shoudl have it next week or so.

I've had mine now for a few days. If you do plug it in to your pc/laptop to charge it, the LED goes on. Otherwise it's dark. Works just as smoooth as a wired one. They should make ALL of them wireless now. :D

Oh, and no issues with my wireless mouse.
