Rouge toolpath won't machine horizontal area correctly

I have seen this may times with that toolpath. There is an edge on your model that it is not seeing as being trimmed correctly, even though it may in fact be trimmed correctly.

There are two methods I use to fix this, one is do not select the whole solid/surface model to drive the toolpath, only select what is actually neccesary, or if that doesn't work, drive it off a saved STL file of your model.

One of these usually fixes it for me.

This is not the first time I've seen this either, the electrodes are designed in Siemans NX, and no problems with trimmed surfaces, they are spot on.

It doesn't matter how much I open up the tolerances it doesn't want to know. If I try using -0.21 it won't even create a toolpath all I get is REPORTING COMPUTATION ERROR.

This is a solid model not a surface model.

It seems to me that MASTERCAM is not capable of successfully machining SOLID MODELS!!! Everything is always a work around by creating a surface as you cannot individually pick a face of a solid model.
