I do find it funny. This guy I know has another shop out here is always ragging on us having Haas machines. You know the classic "cheap pieces of crap" etc. But then I always find myself going over to his shop and one of his machines is always down. He has DMG and Dekel Mahos.

 

"Hey Emmit whats wrong with the machine today?"

"Ohh it took a dump on me again. I got the guy fixing it."

 

The machine seems to do the screen at the end of the day and that is with the machine just idleing most of the day. I'm waiting for a call back with the scheduler right now. A guy from Washington state has to come and fix our lathe. The downside of being federal, we get cheaper prices but can't go through the local HFO until the warranty is up.
