2D HS Peel or Contour

Trying to create a toolpath of geometry - closed rectangle using HS trocohidial cuts to cut out parts rather than slotting Tpath.  Can't get Peel to work as it needs to come in from outside the part and won't support closed geometry..?  I'd also like to incorporate tabs into the process...  Any ideas / suggestions?  What am I missing?

I have been addicted to peel mill since we switched a couple months ago. Draw your own geo that extends the diameter of your cutter. It'll run like a beast!

People always over look just creating the needed geometry to get the path they want.

Think of it as containment, some times you have to get creative.

im just guessing but perhaps you are chaining the whole rectangle. When using the 2d high speed peel mill toolpath you will need to chain 2 separate chains both going the same direction. This is also the same process we use for 2d high speed blend.

So if you were to just delete the two smaller sides of the rectangle and re chain only the 2 longer rectangular edges both going the same direction and as long as the tool can fit into the slot with the radius specified the path should be able to generate.

You can also just chain the centerline as a single entity in Peel Mill and tell it how wide the slot is.
