START POINT ON 2D AREA MILL

Hello everyone,

   I'm trying to use 2D HIGH SPEED - 2D AREA MILL for pocket and I would like to use my own START POINT to tell me where exactly I want the tool to START. 

 

   Is there function do to that?  If not, is there a trick that can work around with that?  I like this function when it comes with POCKET instead of 2D HIGH SPEED - Dynamic Mill.

   I did as you suggested and it still not working. I think I did something wrong and I took screen shot in case I don't do a good job of explaining things.

There are several different ways to accomplish what you want.  You can check the from outside button, use air region, or add entry chain. 

I personally would Peel Mill that slot and you'd have Plenty of entry options....

If you would choose rest milling instead of area milling MC will enter on the first milled cavity
