Did you click on manage attachments?

 

It gives that warning when you are trying to del one of your posts.

When you click on manage attachments it will show you all the posts you have uploaded files to.

 

So you must edit the old posts by opening them up and removing the attachment from the post.

 

Look for the downloaded attachments that have the most KB and edit those posts and delete the attachments inside the post.

 

Just don't do it in the SOLID HELP thread so others can follow what we are doing.

No that is in the middle....you will need 2 helix's

 

That way when we add the fillet at the end it will lie on the 8" cylinder.

Ok copy the top section helix up and trim it to the 90 degree plane.

 

You need 2 full chain helix's.

 

BTW, you made a mistake on the bottom section it is not looking like it is suppose to.

 

Rebuild that one.

Well he is almost done.....a ruled...a loft....couple flat boundaries and its a done deal except

for trims and the other features but the hard part will be done.

Make these corrections.

 

 

 

 

There are other corrections to be made as well.

The object here is to extend the helix above and below the required dimensions so when we turn it into a solid, we can use solid trim to set the auger length.

Well like I said earlier...you can do just about anything in any software if you know how.

 

People say Mastercam can't model....this thread is going to disprove that...
