Help choosing best toolpath for this example

Trying different roughing toolpaths for this sample. i cant get it to start outside the part. all toolpaths helical or ramp from the center (Area Clear).

I've used (Finish parallel) which starts from the outside and collapses. but would like some kind of "Z level".

My 2 cents would be to actually rotate the part and use a simple contour with a bull nose end mill and then do the one fillet with the appropriate sized corner rounding end mill. A contour cut would be much faster than using a ball end mill to hog that all out and then surface finish it with another ball end mill. Yes, you would have to rotate it again to do the simple pocket but should be much faster than surface machining everything.

That looks like a die detail. I'd be willing to bet that the radius at the vertical wall is nothing more than a "don't leave a sharp corner" radius. If so, that would mean that only the capping radius would need to be finished and it would be right out in the open.
