I have an old version,V8 and am having trouble blending a fillet on a part from 1/8r to 1/2r , any help out there would be great. I need to draw this part in 3d. I removed the file, because I had trouble editing the cofidentuality stuff off, have to go to work now, will try later to repost the print.

Yes that version will have trouble. Best method will be to model with surfaces using the COONS.CHOOK. Make sure it is watertight and then try making a solid from surfaces. Share a file and someone might can help.

You are asking someone to do all the work for you. We are here to help you learn to fish not give you the fish.

I didn't know the print would get me in trouble, maybe I should remove it,or try to edit it. I have made this part free hand, but would have liked to cut a cavity, but couldn't draw it with my software, don't have enough knowledge.
