Could these values also affect drill cycle clearance planes? When translating/transforming drill toolpaths I would get z9999. and R9999. values in the translated drill cycles. Just curious, as that c9k value looks like it may be affecting it.

Change c9k to something unique and post again. You should confirm it, or not.

c9k was commonly used to set the previous value of a variable, essentially forcing it out the next time the variable is encountered.  We have had the "force" function for many years that is a much better way of handling this.

for example both of these will essentially force the feedrate output the next time it is encountered in the post.

prv_feed = c9k

result = force(feed, feed)

Makes sense. Changed c9k to a different value and it did not affect the translated cycle, still posted out R9999. Another topic suggested that it could just be a bug with translated cycles. Thanks.

Frank I looked at the file and the post and it was a binned post with a question that was asking for clearance moves. That was interfering with the transform operations using coordinate when we went back to tool planes the 9999 went away, it lead me to believe it was a post issue and issue more than a Mastercam bug.
