Ok.

 

With a 1" BEM stepping over .023 your CUsp Height will be .00055

 

With a .500 BEM stepping over 1/2 that, your cusp height is .00007

Hmmmm. Perhaps how I calculated it was incorrect.

 

I created a circle at 1" Dia. Translated it .023. Created a line tangent to 2 arcs. Then created a line vertical from the mid point of the line to the intersection of the two arcs and measured that line. Did I do it wrong? confused.gif
