Ended up getting away with breaking it up into two toolpaths and adding some avoidance blocks like Bird did. The pads close in proximity seem to be the where the issue lies, so I put some blocks around them and it came out okay, it's not ramping in anymore at least. Sample.mcam

I honestly haven't messed with the new 3 axis deburr but multiaxis deburr is IMO a total game changer on a 3axis machine. drop in a nice lollipop cutter and you can get some pretty rad results and a way nicer looking finished product when it's not just some simple orthogonal part.

I wish Moduleworks could output arcs when it was appropriate. Moduleworks outputs some really sweet toolpath motion but most of the time, the file sizes are too big to run on the old dinosaurs we've got around here. Cimco used to offer a filtering app, but last time I looked, it hadn't been updated in years... and now it's not on the Product list. I often wondered how well it worked, but never had the opportunity to try it I did find an old brochure

Здравствуйте у меня есть пост TR и пост UMC750. Станок нового поколения с функцией MRZP. В TR посте нет функции DWO / TCPC. В UMC посте есть те функции. Пробовал писать УП на UMC. Cтанок передвигается рывками. Потом как выводит УП не очень хорошо. Есть предположение что перепутаны оси. Подскажите как можно исправить?
