u and w on line790 is stock controller does not read stock statment and goes right to size controller is mori yasnek and reads the u and w as finish pass with rougher . When using same tool with out cycle
leaves stock no problem if i use same tool in two different areas on the part the part with cycle has no stock for finisher and if i back off comp the part that is not a cycle will have too much stock left I know this is confusing
for now i manually change my numbers to leave stock on cycle but know i will fat finger something and go bang
running mphaas post need to change out put on post
from g54 to g55 seems easy enough
but cant seem to find where to change this any help would be appriciated we use g54 when we need rotory table only
thanks in advance
we do mostly lathe work her and we use the cutting edge of insert and every thing works great. mc will automaticly figure the tangent point from cutting edge to give you good code
so you dont have to use radius comp when programming . seems like using center of rad is more work for operator to figure out moves to follow program but what ever way works best for you is how you should go but i would not change your tool lib
yes it is there but till post with out g00
this is what i get on line 180

sorry for the late reply but went home after i posted our web page must be wrong we are running 9.1 sp2 but only level 1 want to up grade to level 3 that is why they are looking at new soft ware up till now mc is fine
we use solid works for all our modling the company now is looking at changing to camworks for my software I am sure you guys like mc better after all this is a mc fourm not cam works and i sure like mc has anybody used camworks and if so give me some reasons to back up my position on mc i want to keep it .
if its not broke why try to fix it
i PULLED THE PLUG AND THAT DID IT
2nd time this has happened today
told the boss i need a new computer
he said he will look in to it oh ya i beleive him
up to now everything works just fine
when i go to verify screen all i get is a blank screen but it showes processing tool on bottom of screen but does not shoe mw part or tool
running 9.1 sp2 w/maint
you can always remove the speaker from there phone so they cant talk to anybody comes out easy no wires or anything just unscrew the moth piece take out mic screw back on
you can run just about any baud rate as long as the dnc set up and the controller match if you are drip feed you will want to bump up much higher
but just for file transfer it doesent much matter
we have haas vf4 our settings are
parity = even
stop bits = 2
baud rate = 9600
data bits = 7
baud rat must match machine or itr wont work
and I dont think a standard rs connector will work i think what you need is a rs connector with null modem i know we hade ro chance our pin config on connector and are using only 9 pins
