  1. Not sure how "Mill" works, but could this not be achived with "axis substitution" ?
  2. Nice to see you pop in Martin. Chipmakr is 100% correct on this one. Martin will make that machine do things only thought to be possible. Chris with Paragon Medical Inc.
  3. Jay, I can not access the ftp. "Connection with server was reset" Would be happy to send via email. thanks
  4. I have a project that I am currently working on, It will be going on a Mazak Integrex, The part requires alot of sculping, I currently am using the "flow 5 axis" path. The tool (B axis) stays at the 90deg postion and the X axis moves with the contour. I would like both X and B to move on the new part as the contour is a bit steeper. MC9.1 MR0105 Lathe 1, Mill 3, Solids, 5 axis verify. Thanks in advance.
  5. Contact Brett at In-House Solutions, he is the Mazak Intergrex post guru, you will have to purchase it from your reseller so be sure and contact him as well.
  6. Tango tried it out worked fine here, we use a nethasp. Good Luck
  7. Brett is the man! If you have a problem with a post it is fixed now..... not in a week or when-ever. We currently use his post at Paragon Medical and I have had very little issues, the one that we did have Brett fixed in hours. If you want your Integrex to do things not thought humanly possible than Martin is the way to go, smartest dude that I have ever met. He knows the ins, and outs of those things. I do belive if you cantact Mazak that they can put you in contact with him. Post problems - goto Inhouse and talk to Brett, Machining problems Martin. You can not go wring with that team. ]
  8. Thats odd, I will give it a try Monday. We have V9.1 SP2 MR0105 / XP Pro SP2 and let you know the results. You could always try the remove and re-install of the printer. Be intrested in the answers, my guess is that you will have the solution before Monday. If not maybe I could get our IS guy to chime in. GL
