Hi Kyle,
I looked at your file and it appears that you are using a dovetail cutter? I don't think this will work but you can use a single point tool but set your active teeth to 1 instead of 8.
John
Hi Kyle,
The active teeth should match the cutter? (I am at home and can not check your file) Go into edit tool and check the angle, should be 180 deg. Instead of picking the circle create a point and pick the point, this gives you options. Then choose starting from the bottom or top.
Good luck.

Hi Rick,
What type of hose (air line)? What level of vacuum?
Are you making yours from Aluminum?
I have been wanting to make one for a while now.
Thank you
John
Hi Miller,
When you back plot to you see the spirals?
Are you doing and int or ext thread?
What type of tool are you using?
If you send me the file I will have a look for you.
John
Hi Neil,
Yes you can contour them at the same time, just pick the bottom chain at the required depth. If you only have a 2d rectangle use translate with the join option on to the required z amount. Use incremental not absolute for the depths and feed plane.
To chamfer pick the top of both rectangles.
John
Hi EazyE,
Just pick up the chain at the bottom of each hole (the through hole and the CB) it will set the depths from you drawing for you.
If you do not have chains at the bottom translate to the depth with the join option on.

Hi Danfec,
You can use Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator to convert your pdf to a dxf or dwg. If not try it with art, you may have to trace it by hand.
