  1. THE FOREC TO CHANGE WORKS GREAT,BUT STILL OUTPUTS AN AT EVERY DEPTH OF CUT OR PASS.I.M I MISSING SOMETHING HERE THANKS HEAVY

The problem that i'm having is if i have two different ops with the same tool # one right after the other.my operator would like an M00 between them.the way it is now the M00 is between them but it is also at every depth of cut in each operation.i have a finish pass and a freebie on two different bores . one operaton for each bore. the post is wanting to put a M00 between the finish pass and the freebie and between ops.the operator wants this stop so he can check bore and bumb ot cc if needed then move on to next bore.does anyone go about like this or do you guys do it a different way thanks heavy

  6. HI, MA I HAVE PUT A POST ON THE FTP SITE "DELTA 30" IN THE POST FOLDER, THAT I HAVE TWEAKED FOR OUR DYNAPATH 30.IT SHOULD BE PRETTY SIMILIAR GIVE IT A TRY, LET ME KNOW.WE SET ALL COMPS OFFSETS TO ZERO IN CONTROL AND USE COMP IN COMPUTER. THIS SHOULD ELIMATE THOSE BOG OFFSET JUMPS
  7. i have placed a post titled cim-x changer on the ftp site.i want to get it to post a clearance height between holes on the a g81 cycle. it is just doing this at the start of the first hole. i any one wants to take a look and offer any suggestions thanks a bunch heavy

  9. does anyone know how to specify what mill.set the setup sheet reads.suppose i want it to read the html.set post.i do i change that.i mc it just has the option of graphic or .set but not what .set.what folder does it look in for the .set file thanks heavy

  11. i programming a horz mill and my post is set for horz but when i post code their is a B value for rotation.i started file by changing wcs to front and same for cplane and tplane.then i draw geo and place toolpath.i backplot and it shows tool approaching part correctly. but post is wanting to rotate table t0 b270.i guess my question is how to change post to look at front wcs as 0 thanks hm
  12. when i go to toolpaths-operations and right click then select doc file mc seems to hang for a few minutes or more then the doc file appears.you guys experiencing any of this. HM
  13. my computer here at the shop has a ATI-3d rage card in it.i just got done doing some 3d surface. machining and my verify of the tool path made the surface appear alot worse than it cut out at the machine. is this a video card problem or is mc's verify not up too par yet. i'm using mc 9.0 sp1.if it's a card problem i'm going to try to talk my boss into a upgrade. thanks heavy

  15. i have uploade a file to the ftp server 3dp.mc9 in the mcp folder .i'm trying to step that radius and angle down along wall .wall is about 10 deg angle. i have tried flow line ,contour and para.all paths don't look like the are machining correctly. any suggestions would be great thanks hm

  17. i changed wcs to bottom without rotating any t/c planes this seems to work. i was able to draw geo and place toolpath on bottom side with out getting rotary code posting. i doing 3 axis work on a vmc . i trying to machine all side of part using one file. is this how everyone else does it? thanks for any suggestions heavy
  18. i want to machine different side of part with out making my post put out a rotate code and with out having to transform or rotate the geo.i know there is a way to do this. thanks heavy
  19. i want to do some work on bottom of part.so i have changed wcs to bottom and my cplane tplane and gview are all set with this view.james had said something about being able to verify the complete part top and bottom. without playing with stl files. when i verify the top of part looks good but the bottom is not verifying correctly.i think need to set a new origin in the z for the bottom toolpaths but this option is dimmed. can this work or am i dream'in thanks heavy
