i did several searches and can not fined a topic one write sub for fanuc control. i now it is here can someone point me in the right spot before i ask a repeated question.
do your home work on inserts availability if you go with Mitsubishi. when the earthquake hit japan no one had inserts and those cutters were useless. just saying keep some on back up.
i am not impressed in coughing up an extra ***** just to have one key instead of 8 and there is no advantage the way the set up is at the shop i work for.
this is a con of net hasping
ok lets make this short where does it go and why don't it come back or have a switch for it? and editing the registry is not a good fix. this is a great bug thanks cnc. so my question to someone out there how do i get it back please use step by step if there is one
we use run it till it brakes. then when the Maytag guy come we have him run it threw a spine cycle. he is cheap because he has nothing to do
honestly we do nothing
yes i have they all do it. because something has to give. check the bolts first. how high are you in the vise ?the higher you go the more it will move. i have put a plate on the back. add two threaded holes on the back in the casting and then bolt threw the 2 jaw holes and the two new holes. just like the back of a double lock vise when you turn it into a large single.
OK so what is the fix to stop my guys from blowing up there config file? i have 8 seats of x6 and three guy have blown it one is the owner he does it like once a week so i can't fire him or can i
so let me under stand this. the taping works on the two newer machines right but not the old one? i would try spring taping in the old one. a lot of those older machines rigid tap was an option people did not won't to pay for , so it my just have spring tapping only. just an fyi the newer ones can do both you just need a spring tap holder if you don't have one.
hope that helps good luck
just got my power so have not bin on in a few days. to your answer did you set up your mc or did you have your dealer? it would be under your machine definition on the first page where your list of things the machine has for parts. like it show a table with the axis then a spindle then a tool changer you should have the 4th in this list or tree. click on the 4th icon and look at it there. this my be fine and there is some small thing you missed witch will drive you crazy.
if you do need more help you will need to send it ziptogo file. do you know how to? not being a wise guy , just saying if you did not know that.
let me know if you need me to look at it.
i will assume your x,y,z is set to the center of the part ,well two of them should be. then is the ratio of your head set in your MDD? if you call up you angles in the controller using MDI does it go to the angles? if all fails you can e mail the file and i could look at it. what version of mc are you running? what is you fatal?
i cut it once and awhile but i don't want to beat the spindle or buy $$$ tooling i work in a low cost spending. so my answer is hss /cobolt with ticn like a 3/4 -1. only costs about 20 - 45$$ and will last o long time .had to rough out some big parts then that down to tooth picks. did 7pc with 1 endmill and then used it on another job.
just my 2 cents
just to make this question clear because i am slow. i run 15 faTALS (YES FATAL ALL DAY) what are you trying to do? are you doing sub program call ups with multi fixture offsets? ps type your reply slow for me.
does anyone now what electro-honing is or can explain it? i know what machinery honing is. they want 16 micro-finish this is not a round hole it is an oval that turns into a rectangle. the metal is 316l
