I also quit using it unless you have nc verification it would sometimes gouge my part and not show in mc verification. mirror chains change side reverse toolpath good to go on solids just have to regen after mirroring and your done my .02 Justin

I changed lead in/out to 5% and it worked correct I think

use the layout feature in mastercam instead of using the solid works drawings you will have better linework than solid works gives

in verify using the stl compare when i compare the machined part to the stl I only see machined part but if i choose only stl it is visible and machined is visible by itself only when I hit both the stl is gone anyone have this problem

Thats cool I've never noticed the mcam tab in solid works any ideas on why I open mcam through solid works my center mouce button wont dynamically rotate the part in config page mcutils.dll still runs at start up

I will be going this year shotgun hunting. I think it was last month a 15 year old kid shot a new world record here in Iowa with his muzzleloader officail score isnt out yet but it was around 320 green pope+young(sp)

could be the chord height in the shading parameters or the tolerance settings for surfaces is in the screen configure tolerance tab

I'm trying to get better lookin perts in verify problem is sharp corners and other areas seem very chopy is there any other ways to tighten up tolerances on stl files I tried this suggestion and didnt make any differance I addded line 77 it wasnt there before and put the .0005 but part looks the same I have nvidai geforce2 ultra graphics card

Hell ya I'll be tippin a few in about ten minutes "ll be out I can taste them already. It was opening chicken (pheasant) season today I'll try to shooot a few tomorrow possibly the numbers are supposed to be up this year have a nice weekend

mayday it does have the sp2 after 9.1 todd I opened afew files the option stiil isnnt there its wierd I can pull down file get and see the files I've had open but the recent files is nowere I can't even see it greyed or anywere I th=ink somewon took it. I'm going to get the computer tech to check into it for me I'll let you guys know.

For some reason its not working if i right cick in file name area options are cut paste etc. right click in large white area were all files are i get option of (view,arrange,icons,refresh, new,properties)

I recently loaded sp2 level 3 on my computer is the option to open recent files gone on file get I used to just right click and the option came up

Thanks guys had a long lunch it did work I was doing similar earlier and it was over writing original but tried again like what crazy said and worked thanks again. Crazy hope everything is fine with your wife and child my wife and I are also expecting our second in jan.

o.k. those are toolbar keys can you have a function assigned to a hot key andthe toolbar like analyse is (f3) and (b03)if so how do i do that

When assigning fuinction to keys there are alot of keys assigned to say (b38) what daes the b represent and also the number.
