Hi, how old is your HAAS? Does your HAAS has a USB port on the control? You can feed your program from the USB stick. Is your machine setting in the control at fine corner rounding 0.005?

Shrink fit or Hydraulic tool holders?

Ask your tool suppliers, they will not promise you anything on the hydraulic clamping force. on the end they will say the best is shrink fit. Christian -
Anyone, after all my work uninstalling and installing X9 it lasted for a week. Now i'm back to messed up colors in verify compare. Christian

Hi Guys, solution I found was: uninstall X9 clean all strings out of the registry I could find and install again. So far so good. Thanks for your help

I did play around with all the quality options in verify. I did re-install X9 and the bug fix, never had problems in X8. Thanks Dell Precision T3610 Xeon 3.7GHz 8Core RAM32 NIVIDIA Q K4000

Hi, settings-control definition- operation defaults. Or toolpath window left top corner save icon will save your toolpath settings to the defaults.

Yes you can, just drop your tool library on the server go to machine definition manager- general machine parameters-tool/material library. tab and browse for you library on the server. Christian

I'm sitting ½ day with mastercam other ½ in the shop. I went cheap and bought a space navigator. Was used to the space explorer with unigraphics, but the space navigator is just fine if you don't work the whole day with it.I use the 2 buttons for lock rotations and enter key. Christian
