  1. personally I don't think we have a problem with the john doe on the streets its the leaders and those who are close to them. so the them that we go after to get should be the leaders, not the ordinary people like us.
  2. you should be able to do that using the wcs
  3. why would you want to remove the association?
  4. post or e mail your original helix with tool path and i will look at it for you.
  5. you can check the climb circle on your rough pocket parameters tab and use one way. it gives you a lot of retracts though.
  6. use optimize cut order on your finish contour parameters tab
  7. my customer could not read my sat file i even used version 4 no luck though
  8. thats what happened to me also. and i haven't found a good way to convert my files so that autocad can read them.
  9. i don't see any way to set that as a default on start up. what i would do is just add /25.4 after the 1 in the scale factor instead of typing all those numbers in.
  10. are you wanting to set a default so that any time you open mastercam it will have a scale factor? after you scale something the scale factor used will be the default for the rest of that session untill you change it again.
  11. all the tool paths in your file work. what tool path were you having trouble with.

  13. Jay i hit alt-0 it was for setting a new z and alt-o opened my operations manager. am i missing something?
  14. one thing you can do is creat surfaces next menue from a solid and then machine the surfaces. do you get this error from all tool paths or just from one kind?
  15. have you analised the solid to make sure it is ok?
  16. so Guy are you saving the cut path as geometry and then measuring?
  17. were are you setting your part z in mastercam and where are you setting your part z on the machine. are you using a g92?
  18. have you tryed filtering with Metacut this would reduce your file size.
  19. guy how did you tell that it went twice the distance. just woundering how i can check a cut path with out cutting a part.
