  1. I found remove the config file only, let MC create a new on, and keep the .kmp, ,mtb file. and working on new files started on mr2 seen to stable for now ( 4 days no crash and counting). Copying files down from machine group to machine group, I can get it crash every time. Yes I did send it to MC and followed up with a phone call.

  3. I have had the same problem crash, crash, when picking the prameter file in op manager, Our mc dist suggested unchecking buffer in config,screen It helped a great deal. Time to do a lot of saving, after ever operation
  4. Some simular weired this are happening to us also, So what we did is DUMP everything releated to MC and reload a clean copy. I was to your advantage it is now working fine.
  5. john, I myself had that same error or stl, maybe the size, my supplier had no comments on , but would send it in to mc quality

  10. Yes, Transfrom /rotate/ and make it a sub program, to shorten up the program
  11. 1)Control is old school, when manually prog were generated yes part surface was better. 2) wear is the way to go, if the model is right and the program is right, the oprator should only adjust for cutter dia. differance. 3)much safer, if so a 1/2 dia. was on entered, Bang crash you lose a part for some stupid reason and in todays world of 1 and 2 zee's , you can not afford to take chances
  12. Yes, I wouild agree with Ron (maybe not all that crazy). I use axis sub for all Rotary milling pockets, slots, cams, ramp in, and contouring and it verifys clean. keeps it simple! john
