  1. something like tips for learning mcam x5 he has it but cant use it anyways its clear now by downloading and opening rotarys rays and the model that my x6 hle is not the one you guys are using what should i do
  2. Like turn in on this day Reviews on that day And another day next model and about the week for getting it programed I've got a 1yr old, a pregnant wife and her 2 teenagers, and a 66 hr work week Just a thought

  4. thats right this one seems right, but mine wont open it, says its either a newer version of mastercam or its not a file format recognized by mcam, well i got x6 hle what could i be doing wrong, simply double clicking the file opens x6hle but empty, then while in x6hle opening the idler+bracket file gives me that message
  5. it has a file size of 0kb level mangaer says 0 entites nothing in operations manager did i do something wrong cuz its empty y not save the model as an .stp the hle will still let you open it up and go to work

Something I may get into shortly and wanted to get the expert opinion s of the emastercam community Wat kind of surface footage is agood starting point for ramping into carbon steels Also witch is the better tooling for something like this solid carbide or indexables Or is a helix entry preferred, either or? Also curious of wat deg of entry is best

Ive got all available views set up in the view buttons even ones I had to customize and save I got the shade, delete, level manager, set up ill be adding the tool manager now, Can our own settings be saved, say if I was gonna bring mine on the job with me so I dont habe to manually go through and re set up my buttons the way I like

  16. Im not really sure on how to do this so let me know if they are not in there but backplot them the one with the radius is where the problems come in and the other i did the same thing and no problem T1.zip
  17. O ya I forgot for some reason I cannot upload the x6 hle file wth?

Okay ive had this problemin the past and dont remember the solution or why it happens The one with the radius I did the turn profile And tells me tool will collide with stock Well the other one with the angle I do the same thing but I get no collision alarm I would upload the files but cannot at this moment will soon as I can It rapids down to x0 when the canned cycle starts for some reason And this happens all the time with a part that has a good size radius at the front
