you can always leave an empty can of sardines under the desk - were it can be easily seen, then they`ll think, they found it, but stuff half a sardine the the microphone of the phone. they`ll be sticking it in there face all day. or if anyone drinks from a straw - soda, etc. when they`re not looking, suck the straw full of ketchup and put it back in the can.
I drew the MIA/POW symble and gonna cut it out of aluminum. I`m making a clock for the local VFW. Someone mentioned to me there was a software that I could scan the picture, scale it and program it. You guys are the profesionals - that`s why I asked. I dabble with MC but Solid Works is my primary function. Thanks for your help.
Help? We just bought a new machine and are braking spindels. Had the rep. and others in and can`t find the answer why. Not pushing the "R`s" to the max and cutting aluminum. Anyone ever run across this? The machine is under warrenty but would still like to find an answer. Thanks for any help you may have to offer.
Good morning all, well I sure have gotten my education on Jessie this morning. I really didn`t know he was a pirate at one time. I`m not surprised but didn`t know. Thanks for the knowledge. on a side note: the wind chill here is -30 below. I`d give anything to be on the west coast today.
Hello all, Just received my monthly edition of CNC Machining magazine. The cover has Jessie with one of his bikes and he`s sitting on a HAAS. We have 2 of them along with 4 Matsuuras. There is no comparison when it comes to speed and feed. If Jessie only knew. Any comments?
Scotty - (How can we stop this? These guys don't qualify for human rights.)
Well, being raised by full blooded Italians I have learned one thing - family takes care of family. And it`s not just Italians. Remember the movie "Next of Kin"? It`s family again. That`s how it`s done. Always be aware of your surroundings, always expect the unexpected. Routines are dangerous. A repeatable pattern is easy to follow. I even have 6 differant routes to take to work. And, I choose them at random. I know - you`re thinking WOW,he`s out there. Not really. Just extensive militairy training in how to avoid conflict and how to stay alive. But, if something does happen - take care of it. OK - I`ve beat this horse to death.
Gentlemen, I`ve been out a couple of days - just wanted to catch-up on this issue of the priest. May the record show if this was my child, as the victum, the priest would have never seen bars or even a court room.

Why more in this country? Maybe because we are free`er than any other country. The uneducated feel no restrictions and the educated, feel they are smart enough to slip the system, they are innocent until proven guilty. It`s not the weapon. The one behind it.
Goodmorning all, how was the weekend? "Where is the Limit". I`m not sure there should be one, for non-criminals But, one thing, I think the cop`s should have the latest and greatest. It`s pretty scary when they run up against more power than they have. I really don`t care for cop`s but they do maintain the infrustructure, that we need.
I shot a homemade 25MM rifle this weekend. WOW. An 18 pound barrel and 3 gas shocks in the stock. A definet bench gun.
Rekd, that sure is a nice piece. The biggest piece I own is my M-14 from Viet Nam. I have a 1000 yard night vision scope mounted on it. That was a trick getting it home.
If you shoot at a distance - try taking off your belt and putting it around a small tree, loosely. Put the barrel of gun, face down, into the belt. As you swing the stock down to fit the shoulder the belt will tighten. Makes for a very stable shot.
I generally shoot 750-1000 yards. I love it. But, that picture is very impressive. Thanks for sharing it
Rekd, what the hell is that - 50 or 60 cal.?????
In a fire fight that last for 24 hours you can burn up around 2,000 rounds, making most of them count. If you have enough rounds for a month - dude - you ARE serious.
What is the range on that weapon?
Charles Davis - I too was in Quantico for a year doing 8th % I duty. In 1968 I broke the range record at Pendelton. Received a 3 liberty pass so I headed for Mexico. I`ll never forget it
Unfortunatly, that put me straight into sniper school. That was a mistake. Oh, well.
Back to the subject - My son was stationed in Texas for a while. He said everyone carried. No bank robbories `cause every body was packing. In most states it`s different. They don`t want anyone to have a gun. That woukd be the best if we were all civilized enough, but the criminals are not. Until we get to that point - I think Texas has the right idea.
that sucks. hopefully you set them straight at the school. we have lost so many freedoms in this country over the past ten years simply because no one is held resposible for their actions. we all have to pay!! it kinda reminds me of boot camp were we all paid the price. but, there we made choices to correct the situation (code red, example). out here there are no choices unless you want to be considered as bad as the bad.
murlin, you are absolutly correct. i was rised and TAUGHT to respect fire arms. After three tours in Viet Nam I raised 7 children the same way. 2 are still in the service. One daughter flys the CH-47 and my oldest son is a first sargent in the Delta force. They have learned to defend our country and love ALL americans. You are correct - where were the parents ?????
