Novus - it`s a plastic polish. Comes in 3 differant grits. I drive a Jeep and use it on my plastic windows. It`s awsome. Like Mike said - don`t get it hot.
One of my kids gave me a real hard time when he was 17. He knew every thing. So I told him to move out now before you forget. Oh - the good old days. By the way - he`s now a First Sergant in Special Forces and he calls evey week. Funny how things work out.
Happy Fathers Day to all of you. Treat you selves. Like a fishing pole and a cold one.
Bucket Head - the Hkey lines are in your registery. If you don`t know how to get there - do a search on your machine for "regedit" Once you get there find the directorys as you posted them, the first line you posted ends with "1140=W=3" Delete it, the "1140=W=3" and so on for the rest of the lines. Then reboot.
To restore the registry:
1) click the start button and then click "shut down"
2)click restart the computer in "ms-dos mode" and click "yes"
3)change to your windows directory. example:if your windows directory is C:Windows, you would type the following "cd c:windows"
4)type the following commands, press "enter" after one. (note that System.da0 and User.da0 contain the number zero)
attrib -h -r -s system.dat
attrib -h -r -s system.da0
copy system.da0 system.dat
attrib -h -r -s user.dat
attrib -h -r -s user.da0
5) restart your machine.
this procedure will restore your registry to its state when you last successfully start your computer.
Hope this helps.
I don`t know about the rest of the country but here we are seeing a minimum increase of 30% on cold roll. Stainless up to 50%. Don`t get me wrong - but since President Bush has increased the teriff it caused China to buy up all our scrap metal. Now look what`s happening. I stand by Bush but this sure is putting a hurt on us.
SemperFi
You`re right Thad - "Once a Marine, always a Marine."
That`s why we are called "former" That means we are still a Marine, just not active.
Semper Fi (that means Always faithful)
I do a lot of reading on this site. MC is not my primary function but I sure have learned alot from this site. I`d also like to say thanks to all. I can`t believe how smart some of you are.
Two yeras ago I was given an old computer that had AutoCAD 14 on it. Well, I put some games on it and gave it to my 3 year old grandson. After 2 years of sitting on my lap with Cad, he`s now learning to draw in 3D. WOW This blows me away. He know his UCS and now grasping on dimensoning. I can`t believe how smart this next generation is.
