thanks again for your help.I,m not sure where to begin to fix this issue this is the post we have always had so you were right in saying it is an old one.We have just gotten used to working around our problems instead of fixing issues, just the way it works around here some times
in the file I posted,if I post the last op I don't get any rotation. If I turn on rotary axis substitution then post I get exactly what I need.I,m not sure what it does but it seems to work.
hi guys I roughed this piece on all four sides and want do go around again for finish but when I post op5 it don't give me an A0 rotation any help appreciated
hi guys I keep on getting error on op4 while the other 3 post ok.not much experience with rotary so any help will be appreciated.Running this on a hass machine
we have 2 seats of mc7,one seat when you post all ops it s fine on other seat it wont post all unless you highlight all ops and change nci file name.I think one of the guys has changed something by mistake because it never used to do that.Would anyone have any idea how to fix it
I am running a job dnc on a hass vf3 I just went to check on it and the screen was completely black but its still running.Any thoughts, personally I think the screen is pooched.
I would say if the setup is big and the orders are solid it makes no sense to me to turn around a month later and run the same job when you can run it now.Just my opinion which a lot of times mean squat around here.
hi guys, I am trying to create points where the green lines intersect at the surface but not quite sure how.I have been trying for an hour now and can,t figure it out.
hi guys I have to make this part not sure how to go about it.I was thinking of doing the bottom first then fixturing it so I can hang on to it to do everything else .we have rotary axis here but I figured I wouldn't need it with a fixture. Its is ht p20.Any thoughts,Thanks
