I have my parameters Chord height set to .0002 everything else is default ... been setting that since v5 ... Now that I have MU2 PC1 installed I will leave it until I have a problem, then I will change it slightly until I am happy with it ... Thanks BTW ... MU2 PC1 is working great ... Thanks

I loaded MU2 PC1 yesterday ... had a small problem that turned out to be a corrupt custom toolbar ... replaced it with one that was a backup and works fine ... no crashes or complaints ... Thanks Chris ...

What I did was to make my own customized toolbar and renamed it, and set it to the default in startup ... called "dad_x4.mtb" I do not believe in changing the default.mtb ... when I went to Setting ==> Customize ==> Open ==> default.mtb ... the status bar returned ... Yeah, for good habits ... All I have to do is copy a backup file I made and paste it back into the config directory and "DA-DA"

I deleted the complete Mastercam X4 directory in the registry as per Chris Bell ... thanks ... But, still no status bar ... Are you sure there isn't an HIDDEN hot key to toggle it on/off? I bet there is ...

Doesn't work here ... Mastercan on primary screen and secondary screen same ... maximized ==> no status bar restore down ==> OK Until I can get it fix, I have been working in the "restore down" environment ... with mc resized as big as possible.

I shut down over the weekend to see if this will work ... no, I only have the status bar when MINIMIZED ... it disappears OR goes below my monitor screen ... BUT doesn't do it on any other applications ... Anayone from CNC knows what's going on?

oops ... spoke too soon ... I have do this every time I turm off one level with a solid (86.0" x 4.25" x2.5") and turn on another level with a solid ... Trying to do "bounding box" to get material size in a family of parts ...
