Hi guys! I agree with all of you. But Mastercam is tool for most of us. Not the toy. And most of us don’t have time to play. I am still using 9 , and trying to learn X , to move as soft as possible. I set most of thinks up on way I like then uninstalled program for some reason and found..... I forgot all steps to bring software back to condit. I like. (Set up kind of complicated this time. I am using mc 10 years already). So must be some manual where you can read how to set up soft. Step by step to make it more convenience for users. Regards

Hello! When I Go to Settings, Configuation, start/exit, construction plane area on start exit page, clicking 2-d then saving this setting. Closing this d/box and open again ..... nothing changed. This is bug or i am doing somethig wrong? Regards

It is kind of frustrating , I setting Defaults as c-plane ,it asking if I want to save in config file – YES, it saved But if I open same dialog box ………… nothing changed

No i would like set by defoult chanig mode as C-plane when you go to : toolpath- contour(or any another) toolpath ,then this window come out.

Hi All ! Just start to move from ver 9 To X. Ver 9 : Xform – translate – all entities- from mid point- to origin. All command prompting Automatically , you don’t have to looking for icons etc. How to do it in ver X.? This is just basic command. Regards

I love mastercam,but sometimes it drive me crazy. From time to time , i gating error like memory allocation in tool path. I have lot off ram in my pc, and I tried lot off combination of allocation memory. Doesn’t help at all. Regards

Hi! I would like to ask about rough surface milling between two boundaries. What kind of tool path should I choose for it. Looks like Rough pocket doesn’t work this way. Regards

Hi All! I have to cut Really complicate die from P20. Before I made them from aluminum. Size approx 32 x 10. Deepest place approx. 0.019 inch . Tolerance +/- 0.0005 Cutters have to us 0.01-0.025 dia. Rpm – 15000 max Anybody has experience for this kind of job? What cutter coding the best? Thank you an advance Regards

Yessss! Unions is no goooooood boys, but this only smaaaaall part of problem, i think. Companies moving over sea job because chip labor. Chinese worker cost 100 bucks a month.

What you guys thinking about this news. Biggest North American car producers opening manufactories in China. Excuse: To produce cars for the local market. But now they planning shut down most of car manufactories here and bring product from over sea. Good news, isn’t it? Personally I would never buy car made in China. I don’t even care what brand it is. How about you guys? Regards
