Dave,
That did it! Thanks for remembering that.
Thanks to Paul too!
Also, thanks to John for reminding me of the update log. I found something on another post that needed fixing.
You guys are great!
Thad,
That's the funny thing about it. Under the list levels area I have "Used", "Named", "Used or Named". But no "All" or "Show All". When I open version 9 it gives me the "All" option.
When I pull up the levels manager it shows only level 1. There are no other levels, and I am not able to add or modify anything. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Jeromey
If anyone has any other suggestions I would appreciate it. I sent an e-mail to [email protected] but haven't heard back from anyone in a week. Please help, it's hard to use without SP1.
Dazz, it's nice to see someone else have this problem but sucks for you.
gcode,
Thanks for the suggestion, I reinstalled from the disk again but I am still getting the same message. I am running version 10.0.12.2.
Thanks,
Jeromey
When I select Update Mastercam under the Help menu I get the following message: "The update manager could not locate the correct version of MasterCam X on your machine. You may need to run a repair operation from the conrol panel's add/remove programs dialog.
Please report this issue to [email protected] with a detailed description."
I ran the repair operation and then tried to update again but got the same message. I did send an e-mail to [email protected] but was wondering if any in the forum had this problem and if they got it fixed.
Thanks,
Jeromey
Sometimes I get an iges file that is only surfaces. If it is the only thing they can send then I create my own. Create/Curve/All edges, and select all surfaces. You will then want to delete duplicate entities.
I couldn't find "rot_ccw_pos" in my post. It's not that its rotating the wrong way, but is rotating to the wrong position. Example: I want it to rotate to A90. but it posts it out as A270. The MasterCam file backplots correctly so that is why I think it has something to do with the post. The post is mpfadal V7.0
Thanks
When I program my part in mastercam everything looks alright. However, when I post the program out, the "A" value is rotating the wrong way. I think it's something in my post that needs to be changed. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Jeromey
