Need a new folder on FTP site

Need a folder called "Setup Sheet" on the FTP site. Is this a possiblity?

 

Several person have asked me to e-mail a copy of my setup sheet to them. This has come up again in another thread today. I have used others, and I know there are others who would share theirs as well.
