I bought a 1996 arrow 500 last year for $26,000. It has an 8000 rpm spindle. I just purchased a 2001 arrow 1250 for $43000 with 12000 rpm spindle. The newer version of the control software is much better after 2000, version 3.4 something.

if the machine in good condition I'd say it's good deal. I really like the acramatic 2100 control.

8 arrow 2100 mills

1 falcon lathe

1996 thru 2003 models

Love the operator interface

Hate the stability of the electronics

If you are a big FANUC fan you wont like

the 2100

(ask James)

Drill cycles are strange

the 1995 machine should have the Kolmorgon

drives

stable, but slow in processing power (486)

as compared to the later digital machines

But sounds like a good deal for the money

but put $10,000.00 in your saving account

in case you need parts

this company has changed hands so many times in the past few years the dont know what they have
