Help with surface creation!

I need to fill a hole with a surface, but its a counterbore and the edge of it goes into a radius, so it's of course not flat. What surface tool should I use for this. Thank you in advance.

The c'bore stradles a flat surface and a corner radious.

I take that back... it kinda works, but now I have an extra surface thats bigger than my hole, and now extedns off the part. Can I select more than one contour at once?

You might have to do this twice. Once for the flat part and once for the filleted part.

 

I seldom have a part where this doesn't work.
