No there is not.

The first "offically" supported version of Mastercam for Vista is X2 MR1 and at this point as a reseller we suggest our customers not run it on Vista.

Sorry about the "non edit"

Well I CAN tell you it did nothing for the problems I see.

Here' is a 3+ meg video screen capture of my part dancing right off the screen

It is in the unspecified uploads folder on the FTP called Bad Video.zip

To not run it at all.

Vista is NOT ready for CAD/CAM prime time, not by a longshot.

John Don't you really mean that Mastercam is not ready for Vista by a long shot. CNC Software is dealing with enough of its own functionality problems than to focus on dealing with what is current.

Whom ever reads this be assured that there are CAD-CAM systems working within Vista just fine and that this these devoted Mastercam diehards no matter how noble there intent on dolling out facts.....thes e facts are always a bit scewed.

Not to say Vista is perfect by any means but one should always be careful on where the finger is pointed. biggrin.gif

SolidWorks has the same issues with Vista as Mastercam. It runs on Vista... poorly.

Some graphics benchmarks show 80% performance hits with Vista.

Vista is not recommend for large SW assemblies.

If you spend some time on the SW forums, you'll

see that SW users are avoiding Vista like the plauge.

There is a reason Microsoft is offering backwards

upgrade rights to Vista users. wink.gif
